The sessions integrate somatic movement and ecstatic dance to guide participants through the six elements: earth, water, fire, air, sound, and light. Through freeform dance, conscious breathing, mantra, and energetic practices, you’ll embark on a journey to release tension, balance your nervous system, and connect deeply with your mind, body, and spirit. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a sacred space to explore and heal through the art of dance.
